Check the bulletin board for a sign up sheet for PIE BAKERS. St. Paul Lutheran will join us Wednesday, at 7:00 pm, for Thanksgiving Eve Worship, followed by a Pie Social.

 

All women of all ages are invited to join FRIENDSHIP LINKS for game night on Tuesday at 6:00 pm. We will meet at Tammie Kersten’s house, 620 Grove Street, Neenah, for dessert, fun, and fellowship.

 

On Sunday, December 6, the Finance Committee will once again be sponsoring a Time and Talent Silent Auction, with all funds going to reduce the church deficit. Sheets are available on the table in the entrance for you to register your donations for the auction. Think of items that can be used as Christmas Gifts or Time and Talents.

 

The CHURCH OFFICE will be closed Thursday and Friday.

 

St. Mark’s Connection (the new partnership group) will be visiting CROSS LUTHERAN in Milwaukee next Sunday. The car pool  leaves St. Mark’s at 7:00 am to attend the 9:30 worship service. Please see Paul Gorecki for more details.

 

The Sunday morning ADULT BIBLE STUDY will not meet next week.

 

Every year, we all delight in the beauty of the Sanctuary when it is decorated for Christmas, the birthday of the King. Part of that beauty is provided by the poinsettias which decorate the Chancel area. The Worship & Music Committee invites all members who would like to provide a poinsettia plant to have it at the church by noon on December 12. (Please attach your name to the bottom.) Donors’ names will be listed in the bulletin.

 

We will be putting up the Christmas tree in the Fellowship Hall for December and we are asking each family to contribute an ornament with their name on it. Ornaments may be any type or size. Please have ornaments here by Sunday, December 13. The ornaments will be kept and used again in the future. As new members join St. Mark’s we’ll ask them to add an ornament also.
